Apple cider from the Comox Valley.

Some of the apple harvest is converted to juices in our cider press.  Unique blends of apple varieties are juiced, producing a pure nectar found nowhere else.  Some juices are produced for cider and apple cider vinegar, while others are blended for fresh consumption.  For cider enthusiasts, single varietal juices as well as blends of sharp, bitter and sweet apples are produced.  Pear and grape juices are also available, all of which are cultivated without the use of pesticides or preservatives.
